∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Denim Washing;
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of Dry & Wet process;
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on garments manufacturing and washing;
∎ In-depth knowledge about denim product and quality control mechanism of buyers;
∎ Capable of working in shifts;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking);
∎ Residence preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure ;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skill;
∎ Sporting & other extra curriculum skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning;
∎ Coordinate with related departments for smooth production;
∎ Always be involved in all processes and follow up on technical and production operations;
∎ Adopt the best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and to ensure the optimization of resources;
∎ According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing;
∎ Ensure that the wet process and dry process run based on the approved SOP;
∎ Ensure or deliver technical ideas to reduce production processes by maintaining the best quality;
∎ Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved;
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production;
∎ Create a highly motivated work force to achieve the target;
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers;
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality, and efficiency of the factory.
