• Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics coordination, and route planning      

• Strong leadership, supervision, and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making ability       

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

• Valid driving license (professional or light) will be considered an added advantage.

As part of its continuous effort to strengthen operational efficiency, Unique Group is looking for a competent and responsible Motor Transport Officer/ Assistant Motor Transport Officer to manage and oversee the organization’s transport operations.

• Oversee and manage the entire transport operations of Unique Group, ensuring efficient use and maintenance of all company vehicles.

• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained, and serviced on time.

• Monitor fuel usage and maintain systems to prevent misuse.

• Supervise drivers and transport staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company rules and safety regulations.

• Maintain detailed records of vehicle movement, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and service history.

• Coordinate daily transport schedules for senior management, employees, and interdepartmental logistics requirements.

• Ensure timely servicing, repair, and renewal of vehicle fitness, registration, tax tokens, and insurance.

• Monitor driver performance and provide regular feedback and training for skill and behavior improvement.

• Liaise with vendors, workshops, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth and cost-effective vehicle operations.

• Prepare monthly transport reports, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of company vehicles, drivers, and related documents.
