∎ Master's in social science/ Statistics/ another relevant subject

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duration: April 2021 to September 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop M&E plan and tools, indicators for monitor the project with the consultation of project Coordinator
∎ Ensure the implementation of M & E plan regularly
∎ Collect and analyze data collected from field level
∎ Prepare monitoring report and share findings with Project Coordinator and team members
∎ Assist to develop action plan for the project based on monitoring findings and lesson learned
∎ Develop reporting, feedback collection format and template for the project
∎ Document the lessons learned, best practice, case studies and disseminate to concerned stakeholders
∎ Assist to develop IEC materials for the project
∎ Assist to develop event, training reports and meeting minutes.
∎ Assist the Project Coordinator for preparing project report as per donor and organization's requirements
∎ Preserve all documents that produced during the project period
∎ Ensure and manage the social media campaign and website news
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years Development field working with 2 years dedicated to M&E.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and evaluation
∎ Knowledge on both qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection, questionnaire/ tools design
∎ Data analysis and data management
∎ Report writing skills
∎ Good in writing both in Bangla and English
∎ Good in operating MS Office, monitoring software, internet etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 38,000 with other benefits as per project budget
