Monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monitoring year plan for all projects and implement them accordingly.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and report to Director-Education.
∎ Crosscheck project based monthly reports and submit analytical written information to Director-Education/respective management.
∎ Ensure proper documentations and accurate reporting of the projects.
∎ Preserve necessary documents and maintaining necessary filing.
∎ Visit house/school/tuition center of CBEP according to the schedule.
∎ Submit quarterly monitoring analysis report of the projects to Director Education.
∎ Ensure quality monitoring of the project through effective communication and inputs.
∎ Assist in preparing ToR for external and internal evaluation.
∎ Carry-out monitoring survey/study/assessment.
∎ Follow-up SWOT action plan (project wise), evaluation findings and recommendations.
∎ Attend monthly meeting of education Sector.
∎ Provide assistance to prepare the project proposal/ project plan/ donor reports and crosscheck the donor report before submission.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up of the internal audit findings and recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate should have minimum 2 (Two) years practical working experience as a Monitoring Officer;
∎ Age requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidates;
∎ Candidate should demonstrate honesty and hardworking mentality.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
