Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national NGO since 1981 in Bangladesh. RIC is implementing “Improved income security through strengthened intergenerational groups for older people in Bangladesh (ISIGOP)” funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), Bangladesh in Pirojpur (Sadar), Narsingdhi (Sadar and Palash), Dhaka (Khilgaon) for the period from August’ 2024 – March’ 2026. RIC is seeking applications from potential candidates.
∎ Major Responsibilities: Works at the village level to support all phases of ISHC to organize and support the development and reinforcement of the company, including collecting data on the health of older people, selecting older people for activities, and active ageing. Contact the Union Council on the progress of the project. Facilitate data collection for the project’s survey. Collect and maintain documentation on project key policy. Prepare periodic reports as needed at the union level. Provide support in dealing with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or any relevant subject.Experience and Other requirements: At least 5 years of experience in advocacy, monitoring, and training.Strong writing & communication skills. Proficiency in computer and smartphone skills and technical know-how, able to work under pressure.
