Job Context:
∎ World Concern Bangladesh, an International Non-Government Organization has microcredit programs, education programs, child rights program, disaster risk reduction program, integrated development programs, capacity building and organizational development program both in rural and urban areas. We are searching some energetic, smart & potential candidates for the following key positions for its new Integrated Development Project (IDP) for Shuhilpur Union under Brahmanbaria district:
∎ Job Location: Country Office at Dhaka (Frequent Field Visit)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purpose of the position:
∎ Responsible for monitoring project activities, output, outcome & impact and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that projects maintain its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended output in a cost effective and timely manner.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ To design appropriate monitoring methodologies, tools and techniques both for qualitative and quantitative aspects;
∎ To develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures;
∎ To monitor project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
∎ To monitor project according to project logical framework and recommend further improvement of the logical frame work if needed;
∎ To monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
∎ To provide feedback to the related authorities on project strategies and activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years of similar experience in a reputable organization.
∎ In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E and development issues.
∎ Knowledge on M&E software.
∎ Strong training and facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
∎ Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software.
∎ Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software and expert analyzing data using software.
Salary:
∎ As per Salary Scale of the organization.
