Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Citizen Engagement for ensuring Quality Services. Project of MJF
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overall Monitoring and Evaluation of a MJF funded project for assessing the impact deriving from the interventions. S/He will play a key role in guiding the Project staff, Networking NGOs and other relevant stakeholders in the participatory design and implementation of the M & E system.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Monitoring Framework, Methods and Tools for tracking the measuring indicators at different level;
∎ Develop and use both qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques;
∎ Perform data collection and data analysis MS-Excel (using SPSS would be an added advantage not mandatory);
∎ Prepare the necessary documentation and materials needed for different training, workshop and other program intervention;
∎ Conduct training sessions on local governance and the social accountability tools as designed of the training;
∎ Build up in-house capacity on project planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation;
∎ Assist in designing and conducting of special evaluation / surveys
∎ Prepare case studies and capture achievement based on indicators
∎ Any other activities as per requirement of the project

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ One festival allowance equivalent to one month`s gross salary.
