Job Context:
∎ Project : Collective Responsibility, Action and Accountability for Improved Nutrition (CRAAIN) project supported by Concern Worldwide Bangladesh
∎ Assignment period : Three years

∎ Working Station : Khulna and Bagerhat
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure an appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily. Periodically review and revise the system so that it is adapted appropriately to changing operating contexts.
∎ Ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders, including beneficiary communities
∎ Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of collected data.
∎ Monthly, quarterly, annual and project end report preparation and Timely submission of reports to donor agency
∎ Collecting case studies, design and organize FGD to measure the project impact/out come as well as documentation the best practices
∎ Monitor progress of outputs and effects on a quarterly and annual basis; analyze monthly and quarterly data and reports, and submit for comments and recommendations to PC.
∎ Formulate and recommend additional indicators (if necessary) to establish relevance, outcomes, and impact of interventions at different stages.
∎ Preparation of beneficiaries selection criteria based on the PP and that monitoring of beneficiaries selection process.
∎ Preparation of a monitoring plan as well as produce qualitative and quantitative monthly monitoring report for the management and sharing with relevant stakeholder.
∎ Ensure the quality of M&E related data to be collected throughout the program implementation.
∎ Participate in the preparation and facilitation of informational meetings with World Education's partners.
∎ Document results of the M & E system and produce periodic reports required by World Education and donor agencies.
∎ Assist the various program teams in data analysis.
∎ Train staff of partner NGOs in data collection methodology and in the M & E system, in general.
∎ Assist in baseline survey; provide orientation to the staff on data collection and monitoring process.
∎ Undertake other responsibilities not outlined above which are
∎ Commensurate with a role of this nature and which have been discussed and mutually agreed.
∎ Prepare event reports after each intervention with all relevant documents such as press release, photo etc.
∎ Help to prepare publications under the project.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the senior management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Qualification: Computer skill, communication skills, reporting in English.
∎ Desirable Criteria : Age should be under or equal 40 years. Age will be relaxed in terms of highly qualified candidates.
∎ At least 2 year working experience in documentation in NGOs.
∎ Computer and communication skills.
∎ Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
∎ Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/performance monitoring plans.
