Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and certificate in Statistics/ Computer Science; or
∎ Master's degree (M.A.) in Development Studies/ Economics/ International Relations or relevant discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Advanced knowledge on research methodology is preferable.

Job Context:
∎ FH Association (a Christian, relief & development organization) wants to fill one (1) Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer position and therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates. The M&E Officer supports the monitoring and evaluation process in the country, ensuring the criteria and indicators defined in the organization`s program model and Country`s Strategic Plan are efficiently met, and provides necessary recommendations. He/she supports the evaluation of program activities on a regular basis for effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and the graduation of communities. The M&E Officer makes valuable contribution to the achievement of the organization`s Vision, Mission & Purpose, while living out the FH Heartbeat through effective and efficient evaluation of the program.

∎ Report to : Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support with entering and cleaning of data collected from the field;
∎ Analyze data, find out gaps and problem areas and generate reports as requested by the M&E Manager;
∎ Compile and maintain national statistics and data for future reference;
∎ Maintain and administer the Management Information System (MIS) for program and project monitoring and reporting;
∎ Organize the MIS (hardware and software) for the project;
∎ Produce and provide MIS reports to relevant program staff, and include recommendations;
∎ Make regular field visits to check and validate the collected data;
∎ Provide area offices technical support in overcoming obstacles, following line management, and;
∎ Train and update field staff on the latest M&E tools and methods, when needed;
∎ Other Duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in a national or an international NGO in a similar position.

∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, ability to relate to and communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Have knowledge on monitoring and evaluation system;
∎ Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative method of data collection;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
∎ Have excellent ICT skills especially in statistical analysis using relevant software packages such as SPSS, MS Access, Excel, etc.;
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to travel up to 40% of time per year, to insecure countries or locations.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
