Additional Requirements:
∎ General Experience: 12 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation within the development sector.
∎ Specific Experience: 10 years in designing and implementing M&E frameworks for urban development or similar projects.
∎ Regional Experience: Preferably, experience working with LGED, city corporations, or municipalities in Bangladesh.
∎ Development Cooperation: At least 6 years of experience in development cooperation projects.
∎ Data Skills: Proven expertise in data analysis and using M&E software/tools.
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangla language effectively, both oral and writing.
∎ Able to report writing
∎ Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet.
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in coordinating and executing all project milestones.
∎ Design M&E Framework develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan aligned with the project objectives.
∎ Data Collection and Management, create instruments for data gathering and ensure efficient data management.
∎ Progress Monitoring, regularly track project milestones and offer recommendations for improvements based on findings.
∎ Reporting and Analysis, prepare detailed reports, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to assess project outcomes.
∎ Collaboration work with team members to use M&E insights in project planning and implementation.
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ A Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Science, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related field
