Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing a 12 months (1 June, 2019 to 31 May, 2020) project title "Enabling Forcibly Displaced Nationals of Myanmar and extremely vulnerable host community members to build a safer living environment" in Ukhiya under Cox`s Bazar District with the financial support from Solidar Suisse.
∎ Now YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for its Project.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and coordinate the project MEAL through maintaining project management for achieving project goal and objectives
∎ Develop project monitoring tools, plan & documentation guideline and reports
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Provide guideline and support to project team to ensure the standards of project activities as per MEAL findings
∎ Ensure all deliverables of the project activities review and disseminate findings among relevant stakeholders
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Facilitate different training, meeting, workshop and orientations with different stakeholders
∎ Ensure that the project monitoring comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and the organization
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate the project and take concrete steps to improve project performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and documentation or similar function at NGO
∎ Sound knowledge of project monitoring, evaluation and documentation process
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision making skills
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken English
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 50,000/-
