Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.(Hons)/ BSS, M.Sc./ MSS preferably in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Economics/ Social Science/ Mathematics or in any relevant subject from recognised education institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, organise and analyse data and liaison with field offices for ensuring data quality and MIS reporting.
∎ Design and develop Database, develop innovative tools/software and provide technical support for maintaining and updating MIS of the project.
∎ Planning and designing monitoring work for smooth implementation of the project and maintain the quality of activities.
∎ Preparing monitoring checklist/ questionnaires, processing and analysing data for preparing monitoring report.
∎ Building capacity of field based MIS and monitoring officers on MIS tools /formats, data collection techniques and supervising data collection activities at the field level for ensuring quality of the data.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s) in the Monitoring & Evaluation field.
∎ Provide necessary support to the departmental staffs for proper implementation of overall BEP philanthropy school activities.
