∎ The Integrated Development Foundation (IDF) is implementing a project titled ‘Facilitate access to crop-based finance to enhance vegetable production by 2,500 farmers in Cox’s Bazar and Bandarban District’ financed by USAID/Chemonics International Inc. The goal of the project is to strengthen the vegetable sector and increase cash flow in Cox’s Bazar and Bandarban district by facilitating capacity building training on production and technology, linkage-building workshops, exposure visit etc. to the low-income population of the target area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Monitoring and MIS Officer will be responsible to monitor the field level program implementation in line with the approved activities and budget. The duties and responsibilities of the maintaining and MIS office are as follows:
∎ • Monitor progress & problems of project through various tools.
∎ • Data collection and analysis, prepare quality reports monthly & annually.
∎ • Deliver project feedbacks to PIV and beneficiaries by working as a project team.
∎ • Perform any task assigned by the Operation Director & senior Management time to time.
∎ • Acting as the core team member of the project implementation team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and MIS related work in any reputed organization
∎ - Good operating skills of Microsoft Office package; and
∎ - Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
∎ - Understanding and speaking the local language of the project area is an advantage.
∎ - Working Experience in similar roles with the national/international organization will be added an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
