Job Context:
∎ Ain-o-Salish Kendra (ASK) is one of the human rights and legal aid organizations in Bangladesh. ASK have both national and district level programmes focusing on comprehensive legal aid services, addressing gender based violence, promoting and protection of the rights of children and other vulnerable groups, reporting and documentation of violence against human rights defenders. ASK is currently implementing a number of projects in Cox`s Bazar. ASK has been actively engaged with current Rohingya influx from the beginning. ASK will be implementing another project in CxB for promoting women`s participation in peace building and social cohesion by empowering women from the Rohingya refugee community and host community with the financial support of UNWOMEN. The duration of the project will be January 2020-December 2021.
∎ ASK is searching for a competent Monitoring and Evaluation Organizer for this project. The key role of the position will be:
∎ Nationality: Bangladeshi
∎ Job Location: Ukhia, Cox`s Bazar
∎ Job Nature: Contractual
∎ Reference: 2 (Two) References

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly plan and assist Coordinator to prepare yearly operational plan
∎ Prepare project M&E framework, MIS and M&E tools
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS and narrative progress reports
∎ Analyze MIS and other report and produce report for management team
∎ Review the monitoring plan and building capacity of the field staff for conduct monitoring visit
∎ Give comments, feedback on proposed method for assessment and evaluation study, other assessment reports
∎ Take lead role to building partners capacity to prepare progress report
∎ Collect and compile data in regular basis to produce reports
∎ Monitor and track the progress of the project activities, outputs and outcomes

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years experiences in project planning, monitoring and evaluation management in the following area (s): partnership management, project operations, supervision, documentation, working in Rohingya issue etc.
∎ Skill and knowledge on computer operation specially MS Excel and SPSS and good report writing skill. Reportable to PC maintaining close contact with Senior Deputy Director-MKL, ASK.

Salary:
∎ Salary: 25-35,000/-(consolidated) based on experience and expertise
