Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Master's Degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Social Science/Sociology, Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Political Science, Humanitarian Response and any other subject relevant to this position.

Job Context:
∎ World Concern (Bangladesh), an International Non-Government Organization has microcredit program, education programs, scholarship program, child rights program, disaster risk reduction program, integrated development program, capacity building and organizational development program both in rural and urban areas. We are searching an energetic, hardworking & potential candidate for the position of `Monitoring & Evaluation Officer` for Ensure Protection and Justice through Integrated Approach (EPJIA) Project of World Concern in Bangladesh.
∎ Location/work station: Working Location is at Country Office, World Concern Bangladesh, Dhaka but he/she needs to travel on frequent basis in different working areas of donor funded projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for establish MIS, monitoring project activities, output, outcome & impact and ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that donor funded projects maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended output in a cost effective and timely manner.
∎ To establish and operationalize MIS
∎ To monitor the project activity, output, outcome & impact. Provide feedback by enhancing the skill and capacity of different projects beneficiaries and other stakeholders and
∎ To provide monitoring, direction to the project staff and also motivation to the stakeholders and beneficiary for effectively achieving objectives of the program, developing their knowledge and skill. Providing all technical support.
∎ To provide leadership, supervise, monitor, provide direction to the project staff and also give motivation to the stakeholders and beneficiary for effectively achieving objectives of the program, developing their knowledge and skill, providing all technical support.
∎ To Provide all kinds of technical support to program staff to develop their skill, capacity and knowledge on facilitation, and monitor staff to ensure proper accountability preparing monthly, quarterly and annual report.
∎ To participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports;
∎ Assist the project personnel with M & E tools, MIS and in supporting them in their use;
∎ To prepare Case studies and prepare news for the stakeholders and other related media
∎ To perform other duties as may be assigned from the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 02 years working experience in the design and implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation in any development projects implemented by national/international NGOs/ UN Bodies/Government.
∎ Strong computer skills particularly on MS Excel, Google sheet, Google form, KoBo, data analysis software like SPSS. The person has to responsible to establish MIS.
∎ Capable & willingness to ride Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ CRA/PADR, FGD, Survey, Relief & Rehabilitation activities, Project Management, Budgeting, Monitoring & Supervision skill.
∎ Management & Supervision, Communication, Networking & Interpersonal skill.
∎ Report writing skill (Bangla & English).
∎ Presentation/Facilitation/Training/Teaching/Counseling and motivational skill.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated pay of Tk.42,000/- (Forty two thousand) for six months Probationary period.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Organizational Policy after confirmation.
