Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Agricultural Economics, International Development, Developmental studies or a related field.
Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is one of the leading development organizations in Bangladesh. Health Sector of DAM is running drug treatment and rehabilitation centers and implementing Tobacco Control Program along with it`s other program like primary health care program, communicable and non-communicable diseases prevention program, nutrition program and mental health care program. DAM is going to implement the "USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activities (BNA) Project" and looking for competent and self-motivated individual for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct process and performance mentoring of implemented interventions or activities on regular basis
∎ To share the MEL field findings and observation on weekly and monthly staff sharing meeting with updates on progress against weekly, monthly, quarterly work plan
∎ Ensuring and maintain the DQA standard of all record preserve and collecting on real time basis
∎ Closely work with Abt MELC, DQMS for capturing the all information and data
∎ Provide time to time orientation/ coach all IP team on MEL system, software, tools, formats and reporting and lesson learning agenda
∎ Capture BNA focused GPS feature data point location for reporting to DAM and USAID.
∎ Participate in special M & E events e.g. surveys, mapping, workshops as well as reporting
∎ Ensure quality of project activities by introducing & adopting appropriate approach methodology & intervention.
∎ Qualitative Data collection and assessment as per program requirement.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Technical Director.
∎ Collaborate with Abt Associates MEL Team on BNA’s routine monitoring data collection, entry and reporting
∎ Develop and review training curriculum and training materials in printing & digital version.
∎ To prepare/supervise the monthly and quarterly reports of all activities with consultation of TD and other concerned staff
∎ Undertake supportive supervision visits to the project areas and provide on-job training to project staff member.
∎ Prepare all kinds of reports, minutes are timely sent to the Central Office, DAM Health sector. Dhaka
∎ Prepare that all kinds of information are timely sent to the Central Office, Health sector-DAM for e-news, AMIC Barta and other as per need.
∎ Perform other duties as and when necessary/needed or assigned to you for the center
∎ Communication by email, maintain the online BNA platforms and upazila program update in DAM monthly newsletter and web page via TD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years working experience as M&E Officer. Preference will be given for working experience in USAID-funded projects and/or International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO).
∎ Knowledgeable in M&E methods and approaches in the agriculture, health, nutrition, or rural development sectors.
∎ Demonstrated experience in developing and refining data collection tools.
∎ Demonstrated experience with data quality assessments and oversight.
∎ Working knowledge of program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices.
∎ Familiarity with substantive issues such as Market development, agricultural policies, agricultural extension systems and services.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent computer applications skills including MS Office.
∎ Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
∎ Excellent oral and written English language skills.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Other admissible benefits will be provide as per organizational policy and project fund availability
