Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Statistics, Information management, Social Science, Demography, Social studies or any related field will be given preferences)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Documentation, Monitoring

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update monitoring form and reporting tools;
∎ Provide technical assistance and monitor implementation of project activities both at organisation and partner level;
∎ Coordinate all aspects of project monitoring and reporting ensuring data is of high quality and produced on time;
∎ Collect monthly, quarterly and half-yearly monitoring report, review and provide feedback to the organisation and partner;
∎ Prepare quarterly, half yearly and yearly statistical report, half yearly and yearly narrative report for donor;
∎ Undertake regular visits to the fields to support implementation of project activities, monitoring and evaluation, check the quality of data produced, and to identify where adaptations might be needed;
∎ Prepare feedback report after field visit and share with partner organization and follow-up of implementations of recommendations;
∎ Support project to develop any additional monitoring tools;
∎ Write analytical reports, event report, case studies, best practices, lessons learned across projects for donor and external audiences;
∎ Organize training and prepare outline;
∎ Perform additional work according to the projects need and as being assigned by the organisation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English and Bangla)
∎ Negotiation and motivational skills
∎ Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with project stakeholders
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
∎ Experience of working with persons with disabilities would be an advantage.
∎ Good and critical analytical skills
∎ Good computer skills on MS word, Excel and Power point, Skills on SPSS,GIS would be an advantage.
∎ Team Working, planning and organising
∎ High degree of integrity and Active listener
∎ Stress Tolerant, dedicated and hard working
∎ Willingness to undertake extensive field trip

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays

∎ Prorate basis festival bonus
