Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Design and lead the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in thematic areas as defined in the country strategy.
∎ • Develop theory of change (TOC), result framework and indicators to measure success in respective theme.
∎ • Track output delivery and assess outcomes to understand program progress towards achieving objectives, hold regular process monitoring, compile information and produce quarterly report for program team and country management team to take decisions.
∎ • Data quality assurance is one of the key responsibilities of this position holder.
∎ • Provide effort for capacity building of staff at Plan and partner organization to enhance skill in program monitoring.
∎ • Coordinate with Project Coordinator, CiC, sector focal & site Management, donors, other project team members and other actors at Rohingya camp & host community, as required.
∎ • Supervision & monitoring of field staffs & their activities.
∎ • Arranged and performed different training, dislodging, need assessment preparation & taking initiatives for approval
∎ ? The Monitoring Officer will be responsible for implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) plan of DFAT-AHP Project with the support of MEAL Team of donors & consortiums assigned to WASH & COVID-19 Sector.
∎ ? S/he will be responsible for documentation of project and capturing lessons learned based on learning agenda, through developing and/or adopting relevant tools, design rapid assessment/mapping/survey tools.
∎ ? S/he will prepare activity and accomplishment reports based on implementation plan regularly. S/he will also track progress on performance indicators, analyses monthly performance and maintain MIS data.
∎ ? S/he will train project staff and other relevant staff from project and assist in data collection and primary analysis, and feed into the program performance and reporting as well as presentation of project activities/performances in internal and external forums.
∎ ? S/he will assist in writing of case studies /success stories, conducting key informant interview and program implementation.
∎ ? S/he will coordinate with Project Coordinator, CiC, sector focal & site Management, donors, other project team members and other actors at Rohingya camp & host community, as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rohingya camp on Monitoring & evaluation, MEAL Planning & log frame, IPTT, CFRM, Documentation & reporting, ODM & PDM, preferably in periodic and narrative report writing.
∎ • Extensive experience in computer operation particularly, in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, DHIS2, SPSS.
∎ • Skilled in data management and analysis, data interpretation and report writing.
