Job Context:
∎ Friends in Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB) is going to implement the AHP Program with Rohingya and Host communities under its Humanitarian Preparedness and Response Program, Cox`s Bazar with the support of Plan International Bangladesh and DFAT.
∎ Project duration- 31 January 2026 (to be extended subject to the provision of project extension afterward). The position will be recruited for implementing the project based at the Field Office at Teknaf with substantial field activities at different camps and host communities at Ukhia & Teknaf. The job may be regularized after the completion of 3 months of services under FIVDB.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for leading and delivering all of the project's M&E activities and reporting, as well as all the activities related to Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation initiatives. The M&E Coordinator will also be responsible for the fostering of a culture of learning and adaption across the whole team. S/he will contribute to quality programming through supporting access to and use of relevant and timely information on programme scale, relevance, and effectiveness. The M&E Coordinator will also be responsible for the drafting of quarterly and annual project reports to be submitted to FIVDB & Plan International Bangladesh, as well as for progress reporting on specific indicators as agreed with FIVDB and Plan International Bangladesh time to time. S/he will be reportable to the Project Coordinator and have functional relationship with MEAL unit, FIVDB.
∎ Specific Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
∎ Adherence to FIVDB policies, guidance and procedures.
∎ Support and contribute to the development and implementation of M&E Plan, including M&E SOPs, data flow chart, guidance and tools.
∎ Support project staff in planning for and executing M&E, including, data collection methodology and tools and data management, analysis and use.
∎ Support the implementation, dissemination and use of evaluations, assessments and monitoring data in programme development, adjustment or review.
∎ Contribute to organisational learning through supporting specific analysis, lessons learned and reports.
∎ Support to build capacity of programme staff and field volunteers
∎ Support in data management and development of clear information flow between program and M&E staff
∎ Lead and ensure that monitoring data are reported on a timely manner to relevant program and management
∎ Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of any protection data collected (hard and soft copies)
∎ Train, assist and/or participate in rapid or baseline assessments to inform program design scope of work for evaluation teams.
∎ Prepare and develop status reports to management, partner and consortium, and ensure proper filing of documents.
∎ Support project team to ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
∎ Ensuring regular data quality assessment (DQA) and generate report based on the DQA initiatives.
∎ Support program to develop program evidence to generate reports, advocacy initiatives.
∎ Prepare and establish data collection tools using digital platform
∎ Establish MIS including data visualization system
∎ Track the indicator wise achievements in Logical Framework
∎ Prepare and share monthly IPTT report
∎ Prepare monthly 5W reports for education, Child Protection and Livelihood sector
∎ Present the project progress in AHP Consortium MEAL Working Group meetings, PIB MERL Coordination Meetings, etc.
∎ Support MERL team of PIB in regards to MERL issues of the project
∎ Support in PDM, feedback mechanism and other interventions to establish Accountability to the Affected Population
∎ Conduct and collect qualitative data through FGD, KII and analysis qualitative data
∎ With the support of technical team, design learners' assessment tools, pre test/post-test tools of training participants
∎ Ensure data privacy and security
∎ Field visit including joint monitoring visits with MEAL Working Group members
∎ Any other works assigned by Direct Supervisor and technical line Manager
∎ Child protection, gender equality and inclusion
∎ Ensures that FIVDB and Plan International's global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and FIVDB and Plan International's Code of Conduct (CoC), PSEA Policy, their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Education and technical expertise in a field related to monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management and learning.
∎ Experience with projects of education, child protection and interventions is highly desirable.
∎ Excellent computer and oral and written communication skills.
∎ Understanding of data and information needs for program management and decision making
∎ Experience in facilitating the capacity building efforts of diverse colleagues
∎ Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring and other formal and non-formal methods
∎ High level English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
∎ Analytic and computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
∎ Skilled in preparing tools using KoboToolBox or mWater
∎ Good level of proficiency in Windows Excel. Quantitative analysis using STATA is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of the context in the Cox's Bazar Rohingya and refugee response.
∎ Demonstrative knowledge on humanitarian ethics
∎ Fluency in verbal and written English and Bangla required; Rohingya or local language an asset
∎ Strong organisational and team working skills
∎ Good cultural awareness and sensitivity
∎ Highly approachable, trustworthy and confidential
∎ Ability to work diligently both independently and in a team setting
∎ Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
∎ Candidates with an advanced degree preferred
∎ Works with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to FIVDB/Plan's core values and humanitarian principles.
∎ Has basic awareness and sensitivity to gender and diversity.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 63000 - 65000 (Monthly)
∎ 10% of the Basic Salary will be deducted as Staff Security Fund (Payment made after project closing/ Leave from FIVDB) Deduction of Tax at the source Yearly Salary Increment(Up to 5% based on Performance Appraisal)
