খামারিদের প্রয়োজনীয় সব তদারকি করা।
নতুন খামার স্থাপনে কৃষকদের উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
প্রয়োজনে খামারিদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া।
পশুপাখির খাবার প্রক্রিয়া তদারকি করা।
