● 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

● Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart with a proven track record of building and deploying apps.

● Hands-on experience with native development using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).

● Solid understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux).

● Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.

● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

● Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and a product-focused mindset.

● Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

● Experience with Firebase, Google Maps API, and real-time communication.

● Knowledge of app performance monitoring & crash analytics tools.

● Familiarity with MySQL/Redis/SQLite integrations.
