  • Age At most 45 years
  • Age: Maximum 45 years (Flexible for experienced candidates).

  • Candidates should have minimum of 10 -12 years of clinical experience in maternal and new-born health services in facility-based settings including minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisor level. MNCH, SRH, along with practical knowledge on clinical care relevant to the nursing and midwifery skills.

  • Besides quality improvement, clinical mentorship, or health systems strengthening intervention.

  • Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.



Responsibilities & Context:

LAMB is a well-run major mission Hospital, Community Health Development, Training and Research organization. Services cover more than 6.3 million people in North West Bangladesh.

There are vacancies for the following contractual positions at the LAMB under Community Health and Development Program (CHDP), based in Nilphamari District.

Job Summary: The MNCHN Mentor will support the implementation of quality improvement (QI) activities to strengthen maternal, newborn, and child health and Nutrition (MNCH-N) services in project-supported facilities at Upazila and Union levels, The position aims to enhance the capacity of healthcare providers through mentorship, on-site coaching, and adherence to evidence-based clinical standards, contributing directly to reducing maternal and neonatal and child morbidity and mortality.
