Experience:
Master`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant technical field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, ICT, Accounting, or related disciplines will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible experience in MIS or related roles within reputed national/international NGOs, government agencies, or donor-funded projects. At least 06 years of direct experience in software development, system integration, and database management.

MIS Specialist will be responsible to Project Head;
Lead the design, development, integration, and management of MIS platforms and databases to support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Ensure smooth operation of data collection tools, dashboard systems, and reporting platforms for internal and donor use.
Provide capacity building and technical support to project and field staff on MIS tools, digital reporting, and data visualization.
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security in compliance with donor and organizational policies.
Collaborate with program, M&E, and technical teams to ensure effective data flow and integration with programmatic decision-making.
Generate regular analytical reports to inform project performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot technical issues in MIS software or tools and ensure system updates and improvements as needed.
Coordinate with government counterparts, development partners, and donor agencies for data sharing, alignment, and compliance.
Contribute to documentation, learning, and knowledge management activities related to MIS and ICT interventions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations for improving the effectiveness of MIS in skills development programs.
