• MBA/BBA in MIS/B.Sc in Mathematics/Statistics/Physics/Population Science etc.

Essential Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience, especially in MIS.

Age: The age limit for the applicant would be 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Others:

• Good command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
• Proficient in MS Office package.
• Excellent typing speed both in Bangla (Bijoy & Nikos) and English.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
• Willingness to transfer to any place where UCEP has its activities.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.

Nature of Job: Project Staff

Job Purpose: Contribute to ensure project related functions are managed efficiently and effectively. S/he will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of the project, focusing on gender equality and inclusiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and improvement of UPMIS in collaboration with the software team to align with program and data requirements.
• Manage the admission desk and maintain the trainee database.
• Generate dashboards and reports on enrollment trends, diversity indicators, and dropout risks
• Facilitate timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reporting.
• Assist in developing and refining monitoring frameworks to enhance project tracking and data accuracy.
• Ensure that programs reflect the real needs and voices of the community, especially marginalized groups.
• Facilitates dialogue between program teams, beneficiaries, employers and stakeholders to foster continuous learning.
• Design and apply tools to track project outputs, outcomes, and long-term impacts.
• Establish inclusive feedback and complaint mechanisms, ensuring accessibility for women and marginalized groups.
• Document and share lessons learned and best practices related to gender-responsive and inclusive programming.
• Train regional and field staff on both manual and digital MIS tools to strengthen data management capacity.
• Analyze monitoring data and field observations to inform performance tracking and adaptive learning.
• Provides compelling content for donor reports, social media, brochures, and public presentations.
• Prepare regular progress reports focusing on gender equity and social inclusion targets.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.

Monthly Salary: BDT. 41,850/- TDS (Tax deducted at source) and any other statutory deductions will be applied as per government rules and UCEP policies.
