Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting network, hardware, Windows Operating System, IP PABX system, Wi-Fi access control.
∎ Analyzing various kinds of reports to achieve assigned goal.
∎ Maintaining, managing and updating software and computers.
∎ Conducting research, attending workshops and networking with other professionals in the industry.
∎ To understand internal user technical requirements and provide solution.
∎ Any other job assigned by top management or supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
