∎ MS in Agriculture/ BSC AG (Honors).
Job Context:
∎ Looking for Minor Crops Specialist (Grade: 9).
∎ Duty Station: 20 BRDB District offices (Project Sub-Zone office).
∎ Project Reference: Poverty Reduction through Production and Marketing of High Valued Nutritional Minor Crops Program, BRDB under the Ministry of LGRD & Cooperative.
∎ Duration of Employment: December 2023
∎ Project Purpose: The main objective of the project is to increase the production of minor crops of pulses, oil, spices in the project area and improve the quality of life of the poor people in the rural areas and reduce the dependence on import of minor crops.
∎ Organizational arrangement: The firm will provide support services to the project under the direct supervision and condition of the Project Director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will act as per the direction of the PD and will be accountable to the Deputy Director (BRDB) at the district level.
∎ He/she will be in charge of the field work at the primary level, so that the crops production in the project area will be in increased and he/she will be closely supervised by the project staff, the target group & the partner organization.
