∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in dairy or food processing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of dairy processing, pasteurization, and packaging techniques. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, FSSAI, USDA, and ISO certifications.
∎ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
∎ Experience with ERP systems and production tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily production of milk and dairy products.
∎ Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand.
∎ Ensure plant equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.
∎ Minimize production waste and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Ensure all dairy products meet quality and safety standards.
∎ Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits for hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.
∎ Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
∎ Supervise and lead a team of production workers, quality control personnel, and maintenance staff.
∎ Provide training and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
∎ Monitor employee performance and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Manage procurement of raw milk and other production materials.
∎ Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
∎ Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
∎ Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
∎ Monitor production costs and develop cost-saving strategies.
∎ Ensure the plant complies with workplace safety regulations.
∎ Develop and enforce health and safety protocols.
∎ Promote sustainability initiatives and environmental responsibility.
