Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology, Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ETP in Textile Garments, Microbiologist

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and carry out microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water & environmental samples.
∎ Isolate and maintain cultures of bacteria or other microorganisms for study
∎ Ensure preservation & maintenance of control micro-organisms & other laboratory reagent.
∎ Ensure preservative efficacy test in different formulations, validation of sterilization, dehydrogenation and aseptic operation.
∎ Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of test formats & record keeping.
∎ Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of test formats & record keeping
∎ Ensure Good laboratory practices (GLP) for microbiology laboratory.
∎ Plan, Organize and control resources and microbiological activities.
∎ Write, review and update operating procedures and ensure that the microbiological testing methods and specifications are in line with current pharmacopoeia, regulatory guidelines and Environment and Safety regulations.
∎ Establish protocols and execution/participate in critical systems, sterilization equipment and laboratory equipment validation/re validation activities.
∎ Prepare in-depth risk assessment for all new product development and provide DGM ETP summary for Regulatory submission. Ensure/perform.
∎ Supervise the work of biological technicians and other workers and evaluate the accuracy of their results
∎ Monitor the effect of microorganisms on plants, animals, other microorganisms, or the environment
∎ Review literature and the findings of other researchers and attend conferences
∎ Prepare technical reports, publish research papers, and make recommendations based on their research findings

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have working knowledge with MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Should have excellent presentation skill and self-driven mentality.
