যোগ্যতা:
Meta Ads Manager সম্পর্কে ভালো দক্ষতা
Website handling experience থাকতে হবে
Sales conversion ও campaign optimization এ অভিজ্ঞতা
দায়িত্বশীল ও result-oriented হতে হবে
অভিজ্ঞতা:
কমপক্ষে ৬ মাস – ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Responsibilities & Context:
LTM Fashion এর জন্য একজন দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল Meta Ad Manager & Website Handler প্রয়োজন।
কাজের দায়িত্ব:
Facebook / Instagram ads campaign setup ও run করা
Audience targeting, budget management ও ad optimization
CTR, CPC, sales performance monitor করা
Website handle করা এবং product upload / update করা
Website এর basic issue solve ও maintenance
Customer order / lead tracking
Sales increase করার জন্য effective strategy তৈরি করা
