Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Merchant Development Officer (MDO):
∎ Achieve individual targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Collect and complete KYC application with all required documents from assigned market
∎ Acquire targeted category merchants as per guideline.
∎ Maintain relationship with merchants to ensure regular payment received
∎ Ensuring POSM deployment (Temporary QR, Push/Pull Sticker, Accepted Here Sticker)
∎ Campaign communication and coordination
∎ Working Days (Saturday to Thursday/ week) except Govt. holidays
∎ Reporting to FSE.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 21000 - 27000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
