Responsibilities & Context:

We are a design & product development-based sourcing platform for Woven, Tops, Bottoms, Light knit, Heavy Knit, Jackets, along with a Sample Sections. And in terms of product items, we do handle Tops & Bottoms for Men, Ladies, and also for Kids. Besides our Sample Sections, we have collaborated with 10 reputed garment factories in Bangladesh & 22 Renowned and reliable suppliers of FABRICS and YARN in Bangladesh, China, Japan, Pakistan, and Taiwan to execute any kind of orders within the time frame & following the optimum level of quality.

• Communicate with buyers on a regular basis regarding product requirements, pricing, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices, and handle order confirmation.

• Coordinate with design, production, and sampling teams to ensure timely sample development and production.

• Follow up with suppliers and vendors for raw material sourcing and delivery.

• Ensure all approvals (samples, trims, fabrics, print/embroidery) are received on time.

• Monitor production closely to ensure quality, quantity, and delivery timelines are met.

• Maintain T&A (Time & Action) calendar and update the buyer accordingly.

• Prepare and maintain all merchandising documentation, including PO, order sheets, consumption, costing, and inspection reports.

• Solve any issues related to production, quality, or shipment in coordination with the factory and buyer.

• Assist in the development of new buyers or orders through marketing and product development activities.
