• BS.c in Textile Engineering / Apparel Merchandising will get an extra advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a design & product development-based sourcing platform for Woven, Tops, Bottoms, Light knit, Heavy Knit, Jackets, along with a Sample Sections. And in terms of product items, we do handle Tops & Bottoms for Men, Ladies, and also for Kids. Besides our Sample Sections, we have collaborated with 10 reputed garment factories in Bangladesh & 22 Renowned and reliable suppliers of FABRICS and YARN in Bangladesh, China, Japan, Pakistan, and Taiwan to execute any kind of orders within the time frame & following the optimum level of quality.

• Communicate with international buyers regarding product requirements, costing, approvals, and delivery schedules

• Prepare cost sheets for knit products, perform price negotiation, and handle order confirmation

• Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams to ensure timely sample development and bulk production

• Manage T&A (Time & Action) plan to meet production and shipment deadlines

• Follow up with suppliers/vendors for knit fabric, yarn, and trims sourcing and delivery

• Ensure all approvals (fit samples, lab dips, fabrics, print/embroidery) are received on time

• Monitor bulk production including knitting, dyeing, and finishing to ensure quality, quantity, and lead time

• Maintain merchandising documentation including PO, order sheets, consumption, costing, and inspection reports

• Follow up on shipment and ensure timely delivery as per buyer requirements

• Resolve production, quality, and shipment issues with factory and buyers

• Assist in product development and support new buyer/order generation
