Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing the suitable factory for handling items with competitive CM price
∎ Calculate and propose the target FOB price for new orders
∎ Prepare the weekly sample development report
∎ Prepare handover information to follow up the bulk production (production master file)
∎ Read and analyze all daily production reports and QC inspection reports
∎ Coordinate with Bangladesh Office QC team for clarifying the production status/situation and critical quality issues/problems
∎ Work with factory to finalize the problem which occurred during execution the orders
∎ Prepare the proposal plan for solving the problem and submit to Merchandiser Manager/ Bangladesh Office GM
∎ Work closely with QC team for weekly inspection schedule
∎ Confirm with 3rd party inspection schedule by PO. Coordinate with Bangladesh Office QC and factory Merchandiser for 3rd party final inspection
∎ Prepare weekly shipment projection report
∎ Prepare monthly shipment report
∎ Follow up cut off time date to coordinate with Bangladesh Office QC and factory merchandiser
∎ Follow up and update the shipment advice ETD/ETA to coordinate with Head Quarter Merchandiser and Head Quarter Logistic
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be well experienced in Woven items, specially padding jacket. Good at factory sourcing and costing.
∎ Well organized and strong team work
