Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced Merchandisers for woven garments with very strong knowledge on quotation & development and in order execution & follow-up orders within given time frame.
∎ Must be well aware about Woven Garments, who have experience on Denim & non denim products.
∎ Candidate should have experience to handle H&M buyers will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to do costing of all kinds of woven garments. Able to do consumption & costing independently & on the spot.
∎ Communication skill to deal with suppliers for raw materials and to be in house, space booking and delivery on time.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Follow up with factory/shipping company to ensure shipment on time.
∎ Should be able to understand buyer's comments and follow procedures for order fulfilment.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual suppliers' scorecard.
∎ Will be able to handle H&M buyer account independently.
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management and provide updates.
∎ Maintains all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
∎ Co-ordinate with buyer, accessories supplier, factory management, planning & commercial for on time shipment.
∎ Need to understand production planning & monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good command in English both speaking & writing
∎ Vast knowledge about computer and Expertise on mail communication.
