∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Garments merchandising
∎ Skills Required: accessories sourcing, Buyer Handling

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure, Accurate Sample Development, All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Apparel merchandising, Buying House, Email Communications
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Woven & Knit garment costing ( pre-costing and post-costing)
∎ Have vast knowledge about Woven & Knit fabrics consumption, trims and accessories requirements.
∎ Be able to independently correspond and manage different reputed buyers.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Product pricing and capacity management.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Work with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Product development and execution in line with source base capabilities and customer needs.
∎ Accomplish merchandising cycle ( Filing, Record keeping, Sampling, TNA, Production Planning, production follow ups, Shipment bookings)
∎ Sound Garment SMV (Standard Minute Value) idea.
∎ Collect Purchase Order; prepare work order, Order confirmation and L/C from the Buyers.
∎ Issue Proforma Invoice.
∎ Advising quality department to maintain acceptable quality level(AQL)
∎ Prepare Costing Sheets with all the necessary breakdowns from factories.
∎ Prepare daily production & factory performance reports.
∎ Monitor garment packing instructions.
∎ Export Processing and logistics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in merchansingb ( Woven & knit)

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
