Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the merchandising team for assigned/ concern account.
∎ Ensure all development and confirmed orders sampling.
∎ Negotiate and ensure competitive Garments price quotation to get order confirmation
∎ Liaise and continuous follow up with customer to get feedback for new orders.
∎ Ensure proper filing for every confirmed order/ styles individually.
∎ Ensure all sampling and wash approval on time.
∎ Prepare and follow up T&A for any individual styles/ orders.
∎ Work on ERP update for every process.
∎ Ensure all materials booking on time.
∎ Follow up all materials LC/ TT/ FDD/ Payment.
∎ Arrange all materials in house as per PCD.
∎ Materials Inventory/ quality to ensure.
∎ Settle with supplier if any issue with Materials.
∎ Communicate with Customer and give proper feedback without any delay.
∎ Liaise with production team and resolve all order related issues.
∎ Follow up with all related departments inside factory including GPQ, QA, commercial, Store, Sample, Cad, Cutting, Admin etc.
∎ Ensure all internal and external Communications.
∎ Ensure files hand over to respective department before start production.
∎ Ensure approved trims card for production on time.
∎ Arrange Lab test as per buyer requirements.
∎ Organize PP meeting before start bulk.
∎ Follow up with Wash factory, Print/ Embroidery factory, Accessories and Fabric supplier to ensure smooth production feeding.
∎ Ensure vessel booking/ final inspection booking/ goods ex-factory/ shipping documents.
∎ Arrange closing summary after shipment and report to account head.
∎ Assist team members to Improve efficiency.
