∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering / Bachelor degree in Apparel Merchandising or MBA.

∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House
∎ Having experience of working in buying house & factory in both knits/woven experience.
∎ Need to visit factory/washing plant of required basic.
∎ Computer literacy: Should be very good in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.
∎ Well-mannered with positive attitude and strong communication skill on speaking reading and writing in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to perform target-oriented job.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in both knots/Woven/Denim production for both Tops and bottom.
∎ Monitoring the whole process of order execution from order placement to shipment, prepare realistic T & A and review with the Merchandising Manager.
∎ Monitoring all the fabric & accessories in house status of non-nominated supplier with correct lead time.
∎ Monitoring the sample submission and approval process and ensure maintain the buyer agree or set T&A plan date.
∎ Set a correct and effective production plan and line set up with factory concern to ensure the shipment of goods on time.
∎ Follow up the inspection schedule to have inspection on time-
∎ Monitor the quality and completeness of products closely with the quality team.
∎ Maintaining Good Communication & Relationship with the Buyers & Suppliers.
∎ Find out/sort out the easiest way of working on each process so the specific job can be done within the shortest time in an effective way.
∎ Maintain the Office Rules and Regulations.
