Experience:
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for our buying house and factory.
To follow up all product development related issue of the local and foreign Buyers.
Responsible for fabric booking. Accessories booking, Preproduction also Maintaining schedule. TNA, Shipment schedule.
Follow all booking regularly to ensuring the fabric and accessories as per schedule.
Receive development package and follow up fill submission.
Communicate with customer and suppliers for new developments.
Make development T&A to ensure on time submission.
To handle all work from inquiry to order confirmation.
Source fabric, yarn and accessories and follow up accordingly with coordinate others department as and when required.
After order confirmation ensure the strike off/ development/ Fit sample approval.
Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by buyers and meet the time line.
Follow up with planning, production, commercial team and ensure shipment on time.
Payments follow up and ensure the payment of suppliers as well as master L/C.
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences.
