Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
∎ Set up, monitor, and optimize ads to achieve campaign objectives (clicks, conversions, engagement, etc.)
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing
∎ Manage email marketing, and social media campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance engagement and retention.
∎ Create compelling content for websites, E-commerce & social media.
∎ Analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance.
∎ Build and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
∎ Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages to provide excellent support.
∎ Identify and target new customer segments through data analysis and audience research.
∎ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
∎ Follow company policies and procedures.
∎ The executive will be expected to go beyond their assigned tasks, actively contributing to the agency’s success and improvement in all areas of digital marketing.
∎ Develop and maintain consistent, clear and timely communications and reporting for all activities of the work.
