Responsibilities & Context:
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including targeting setup, budget allocation, and ad creatives
Conduct audience research to identify and target relevant demographics, interests, and behaviors
Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact ad creatives
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations
Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and optimal campaign performance
Analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, adjusting targeting, creatives, and budget distribution
Design and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals
Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage past visitors and ad engagers
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align Meta Ads strategies with broader marketing initiatives
