  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Basic knowledge of content writing, copywriting, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.

  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

Smart Distribution BD Ltd. is seeking creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Executives to strengthen the company's digital presence and support business growth through innovative social media marketing activities. The ideal candidates should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and online brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • Manage daily social media activities, including content posting, audience interaction, and customer communication.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Support product promotions, campaign launches, and branding initiatives.

  • Maintain and enhance the company's online reputation and customer engagement.
