Job Context

Smart Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Executive for the E-Commerce Department. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, online customer management, and content development. Candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and customer acquisition.

  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.

  • Execute E-mail marketing, SMS marketing, and online promotional campaigns.

  • Create engaging content and contribute to content writing activities.

  • Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Manage and maintain company websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Upload and update product information including images, descriptions, specifications, and prices on website and social media pages.

  • Monitor customer feedback and respond to online queries professionally.

  • Process customer orders according to organizational timelines and requirements.

  • Assist in website development and basic programming-related tasks.

  • Develop new ideas and strategies for online business growth.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
