Responsibilities & Context:
• Manage and grow DPEX social pages (Facebook primarily; LinkedIn secondary)
• Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Create and publish posts, stories, and short videos/reels
• Develop corridor-based content (Australia export, Pakistan import, Malaysia etc.)
• Answer inbox messages, respond to inquiries, and maintain a lead tracking sheet
• Coordinate with operations team to publish accurate updates (cutoff times, service updates)
• Execute low-budget boosting/ads (if needed) and track performance
• Submit weekly report: reach, engagement, inquiries, leads generated
