Responsibilities & Context:
Fakir Apparels Ltd. is looking for dynamic and experienced Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser to handle Inditex Buyer (ZARA, Pull & Bea etc.) accounts independently from development to shipment. The candidate must have strong communication, costing, and production follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Inditex buyer accounts independently from costing to shipment
Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and feasibility analysis
Review tech pack, identify materials, and clarify discrepancies
Ensure timely sample development (Proto, Fit, PPS, Size Set, Shipment Sample)
Follow up Time & Action (T&A) plan to maintain delivery schedule
Coordinate with production, planning, and commercial teams
Ensure on-time raw materials booking and in-house
Maintain communication with buyers regarding order status and approvals
Monitor bulk production progress and shipment readiness
Maintain proper documentation in ERP / Buyer portal (Inditex system)
Ensure compliance with buyer quality and delivery standards
