∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Follow up: He or She will have to carefully follow orders and make sure that suppliers will deliver the goods on time and in accordance with Buyers requirement and group quality and security standards.
∎ Development-Purchasing/pricing: He or She will develop day wear collection based on buyers' requests and negotiate the best buying conditions with suppliers.
∎ Optimizing and develop the fabric, garment, and accessories supply sources: Sources analysis and optimization of the unused supply zones, canvass for new supply network, new material research based on new and upcoming sales season , new suppliers follow up.
∎ Quality Standards: He/She will have to check and guarantee the quality of all the products he shall propose to his managers. (Knowledge on European Standards, European market quality expectation and lab tests overview).
∎ Pro-active Proposals/ Sourcing: He/She will proactively identify the coming season's trends and source suitable fabrics sourced to Asian suppliers and proposed to the concerned buyers.
∎ He /She will guarantee our office Sourcing efficiency and reactivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House,
∎ Have a minimum 4-5 years' experience as Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser in International trading company working specially with UK and European market .
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Demonstrate a solid understanding of the overall manufacturing process.
∎ Have a good appreciation of quality requirements and of control processes.
∎ Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency & the ability to work well under pressure and very organized.
∎ FASHION SENSE
∎ Strong team spirit and passionate.
