Job Context:
∎ ABOUT THE COMPANY: ACI CO-RO is a joint venture between Bangladeshi conglomerate ACI Limited and Danish fruit juice giant, CO-RO A/S Denmark. ACI CO-RO founded with the purpose of bringing refreshment and delight to the consumer through an offering of delicious fruit-based drinks under CO-RO`s brand umbrella.
∎ ABOUT THE ROLE: In this role the employee/s will have to visit different GT & MT Outlets to check the stock update, execution of POSM materials and reporting to trade marketing team.
∎ This position will also help to execute campaigns designed by brand team.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka (Transferrable based on needs)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A glimpse of key responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating in planning and developing General Trade & Modern Trade merchandising strategies
∎ Preparing layout plans for outlets and maintain outlets' shelves and inventory
∎ Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
∎ Execution of POSM (point of sales materials) on the right places on each outlet
∎ Deliver the products to maintain the estimated stocks
∎ Support strong 'everyday' execution in outlet by defining "picture of success" for ACI CO-RO
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years' experience in FMCG/Beverage.
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Having a Driving License is must
∎ Owning a bike will add advantage
