∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Not mandatory, but hands-on experience in FMCG brand merchandising (e.g., Shwapno, Agora, Unimart, Meena Bazar, Prince Bazar, CSD, etc.) will be preferred
∎ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people
∎ Hardworking, with a pleasant and friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internet usage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor product stock in the outlet, submit requisitions, and follow up with the Store Manager to ensure products are available as per the requisition
∎ Merchandise products in the outlet within the assigned time frame
∎ Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) while merchandising
∎ Regularly check for short-dated products and inform the line manager
∎ Monitor competitor marketing activities and inform the line manager
∎ Report customer requirements and feedback to the line manager
∎ Ensure timely merchandising at each outlet
∎ Maintain liaison with the modern trade shop manager
