Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Venture Group is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals for the position of Merchandiser to support Modern Trade operations in Dhaka, Gazipur, and Narayanganj. The role involves regular outlet visits, product merchandising, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and display activities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market visits to assigned outlets
Work in super shops, restaurants, and institutional outlets
Ensure proper merchandising of Dairy & CSD products
Achieve assigned sales targets
Collect daily orders from outlets
Maintain regular coverage (minimum 6 outlets daily)
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Handle merchandising of AHL, ABEL, AEEL products as required
Push sales of near-expiry products
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
