Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or above in clothing / textiles

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for development and production follow up, order execution and logistic co-ordination
∎ Handle price negotiation, costing with suppliers
∎ Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc.
∎ Ensure the merchandising and production process are smooth and information is accurate to all relevant parties
∎ Handle emails with overseas vendors and headquarters independently
∎ Other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience
∎ Self-motivated, independent, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and organization skills required
∎ Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
∎ Good command of English
