Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internal & external communication with Customers and buyers
∎ Checking prices, communicate with buyers, finalize orders, and ensure timely production & shipment
∎ Material Sourcing & Product sampling
∎ Preparing internal order sheets, Purchase orders, etc.
∎ Accessories & trims in-housing
∎ Advising and assisting the production and quality department
∎ Taking responsibility for inspections
∎ Giving shipping instructions and following shipment
∎ Working with internal and external departments to ensure production, quality, and timely delivery
∎ Coordinate with planning, production, commercial, QC, and other related teams
∎ Ensure reply of all emails & queries on a daily/regular basis
∎ Organize meetings to derive order/production schedule & summary updates and report to top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing, Fabric Costing, Garments Production, Product Development, Sewing and Finishing operations
∎ Must be Fluent In English (Oral & Written)
∎ The candidate must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/implement efficient & effective business techniques.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills
